Found My Mountain Dream Home! For several years I have searched unsuccessfully for a home in the mountains. In May 2010 the plan was to vacation one week in beautiful Western NC. Our Personal Experience with Rock Realty Rock Realty made shopping for our second home in Haywood County a very pleasurable experience. We live in Alabama but our dream was to own a home in the mountains. We wanted a cozy get- away from all the everyday hustle and bustle. Prior to using Rock Realty we had spent several years searching for the perfect place however we were unsuccessful. We basically had given up on finding our dream get-away. During one of our visits to the WaynesvilleMaggie Valley area we met Jeff Ferguson with Rock Realty. We thought this would be the same routine as with other agencies but decided to give it a shot. It didn’t take long to realize this company meant business. My husband and I made Rock Realty aware that we had been looking for many years and that we would be a challenge however Jeff Ferguson was willing to take on this challenge and stated he would not stop until he found us the perfect home The format in which Rock Realty uses to locate homes for its clients was unlike anything we had experienced before. On our initial interview a full assessment was completed to ensure that the agent knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. Rock Realty wanted to know our expectations of the agency as well so they would not disappoint us. Due to the fact that we would be traveling from afar to look at prospects Mr. Ferguson did not want to waste our time. He made every trip worthwhile by planning and arranging full day visits in the field. As I mentioned before the process in which Rock Realty uses to discover whether or not a prospect is a keeper or a zapper is very unique and it works There were times when Jeff Ferguson spent his personal time and even holidays pre-arranging dates and times with sellers for us to view their homes.
